...e had over the index finger of other hand. I am using this grip as it is most comfortable to me. Interlocking setup is almost the same as overlapping just two fingers will be over locked not overlapped. In baseball setup your fingers just meet together. I recommend you to try all these three grip types.

I have found which grip type is best for me and you should do it too. only by practicing and trying different grip types will help you to choose the best one. Wish you all luck.
